Shortly after I qualified, I completed an additional course dedicated to fertility, pregnancy and post-natal reflexology.

In 2020, I went on to qualify as a Facial Reflexologist at the London School of Reflexology where I studied the Bergman method, gaining my training from the award winning, Ziggie Bergman herself.

I am a full member of The Association of Reflexologists and as such I am fully insured and hold a first aid certificate.

I offer mobile reflexology treatments in the comfort of your own home as well as treatments in my beautiful treatment room at my home address. Don’t let your busy life stop you from having treatments. I will take all the hassle out of it.

I live in Hailsham, East Sussex and will happily cover up to a 15-mile radius for treatments.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself and how I discovered my love of Reflexology.

In my early 20’s I was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, a condition that caused me anxiety, constant bloating, skin complaints, hair loss and eventually fertility issues.

I now have a loving husband and 2 beautiful children. Reflexology was a constant on my fertility journey and my 2 children are testament to how powerful it can be.

Being a reflexologist is my passion, a way of life and my way of helping others achieve a happier, healthier and more balanced life, which everyone deserves.

I am also a Tropic Skincare ambassador, offering a naturally-derived range of skincare and make-up that’s free from parabens, synthetic fragrances and toxic chemicals and is cruelty-free and Vegan, some of which I use within my treatments.
