The Holistic Haven is a 22ft Mongolian yurt based in a stunning location deep in the countryside near Hellingly, East Sussex, we welcome you to come and enjoy a warm and inviting space, that will offer you weekly classes, retreats, workshops, treatments and events.

Inner Sole Reflexology will be resident at The Holistic Haven, every Friday morning between 0930-1130, providing a mixture of individual and group sessions.
